Cotyledon

The Cotyledon is found in Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. The bushy plants are excellently adapted to hot and dry conditions. The thick fleshy leaves often have beautiful shapes. They are often hairy or have a white powder coating to protect them from the bright sun.
